In the previous exercise, you looked at what is not working in your life and what it is that you want instead of your current state. It is important to know the reason you want these changes in your life. If you got stuck trying to identify what it is that you want to be different, think of someone or people who are living the life you desire. Ask yourself what it is that that person is doing that you want to bring into your life. Why do you want these things in your life? Does this person have a relationship that is nurturing? A nurturing relationship may include the couple holding hands. Or do you think of someone who has a flexible career and he gets to decide his own hours of work? The first question in this module helps you to think about these aspects a little deeper.
